| Our methodology creates a team identity between the client, designers, consultants, contractors, operators and staff, all with the same goal-to finish the works on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst remaining sympathetic to the local legal, financial and contractual procedures. We endeavor to control the whole construction process from concept to completion. Where appropriate we introduce fast-track techniques and adapt them to local conditions, to speed up the construction process. This is done in collaboration with international architects, consultants and contractors. |
